Purchase Driving Lesson Packages Online

Purchasing lessons online does not guarantee an available booking straight away.
All bookings are subject to our availibilty.
There may be a wait depending on the time of day or day.
Contact us prior for our availability if certain times are required.
There may also be a delay in returning any online or phone enquiries. 

Driving Tests, as per our terms and conditions, take priority at this time over lesson bookings.
Any normal driving lesson bookings may be subject to rescheduling to accommodate driving tests.
This is part of our terms and conditions for rescheduling.
If this does not suit you, then please do not buy lessons.

Attention:
There has been a price increase by most of the Professional Driving Instructors, including Penrith Driving School. Insurance costs, running costs, and public liability costs have increased.
Our lesson prices include GST payable to the Government, which some driving schools and individuals avoid paying.

When buying a 10 lesson package there is a bonus 30 minutes of driving time included which can be arranged with your instructor to extend a lesson.
Total lesson time would be 10 hours and 30 minutes.

Please Note:
Paypal is offered as a form of payment but does attract fees charged to us by Paypal.
These fees vary and are dependent on the purchase price.
The drop-down menu has added these fees to the lesson purchase prices.

Penrith Driving School is a GST Registered business, so 10% of the lesson payment is GST (A $80 lesson includes GST of $7.28 payable to the ATO)
We prefer electronic transactions. This way, the customer always has a record of receipt, as do we for tax purposes.

Unsure about buying a package upfront? You can always buy a single lesson first.
If you’re happy with that lesson and our instructors, we can deduct that lesson cost from the total of a lesson package, and the balance is paid by Credit/Debit card or Bank Transfer after the first lesson.

All Lessons are prepaid. We do not generally accept cash on the day of the lesson unless at very short notice.
Refunds: We do not refund for a change of mind or incorrect purchase after a booking when we have turned another person away because you have taken that booking space.
We may also charge a cancellation fee for non-attendance and short-notice cancellations.

As a business we rely on bookings being fulfilled. After bookings are made 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
If you choose to go to work or stay back because your boss asks you to or maybe decide you want to go out we will charge the lesson fee for your booked lesson.
If uncertain contact us first and we will explain as to why this is our policy.

We do not refund Gift Certificates once purchased, but they will remain valid until the expiry period (3 years) under NSW Law. 
Once a gift certificate has been used, it expires six months after the first lesson.
All other lessons and packages expire six months after the date of purchase and should be used within that time.

By purchasing lesson packages or gift certificates, it is taken and understood by us you have read our terms and conditions.
Purchasing online lessons requires you to acknowledge you have read the terms and conditions before purchase.

2. We use the PayPal system to receive payments from Credit Cards (Visa and Mastercard) and PayPal. Fees Apply
   Note: You do not need a PayPal account to use the system.
3. By purchasing driving packages you will receive priority for convenient appointments
4. Our online purchasing system allows you to conveniently make payments from your PC, tablet or mobile.
   No need to carry around cash or credit cards but remember fees apply for using PayPal. All lessons are prepaid.
5. You will conveniently receive receipts via email so there is less paperwork.
6. Do not purchase driving lessons if you live outside our lesson areas as we may not pick up. (Lesson Areas)
   You should check with us first if uncertain.
7. Lessons or Packages can be used within these hours. Instructors can vary hours from time to time.
   If uncertain contact us prior to any purchase.
8. When purchasing packages you are buying lesson hours so these can be combined to shorten the amount of days.
   Example: 3 lessons = 180 mins @ 3 single 60 min lessons or 2 x 90 minute lessons. The total minutes are the same.

Notes

1. All Lessons and Test Packages need to be paid in advance prior to bookings
2. Buying lessons or packages does not guarantee particular days and times, lessons and driving tests need to be scheduled with our instructors which then guarantees your lesson booking.

4. You can also purchase over the phone for Visa & MasterCard (1.25% Fee) or by internet transfer / Pay ID. (No Fees)
